M67001-16-Q-0012 VTC Maintenance Question and Answer
12/08/2015 Question: Is this referring to repair or replacement of the Polycom VTC be delivered to the facility within (3) business days? Or is technical support required on-site by a Polycom VTC technician?
Answer: Service includes break/fix warranty with three (3) business day replacement of VTC codec, means that II MEF representative calls in the problem with the VTC codec, the vendor then opens a trouble ticket with Polycom. Polycom ships II MEF a replacement VTC codec within three (3) business days. II MEF representative then returns the broken/defective VTC codec to Polycom. II MEF is responsible for installing the VTC codec in the conference room or office, Vendor has no on site responsibility.
