About this file

This is a Scope of Work document for insect and rodent control services in North Carolina. The services encompass control of common indoor pests including roaches, ants, bedbugs, water bugs, silverfish, rats, and mice, as well as other rodents not specifically listed. The specification explicitly excludes termites from the base scope of work. Bidders are required to provide alternate per-occurrence pricing for each location on the Price Breakdown Sheet for flying insect control services, including bees, wasps, hornets, yellow jackets, flies, flying ants, gnats, and mosquitoes, though this alternate pricing does not apply to termites. Additionally, bidders must provide pricing for pigeon control services as indicated on Attachment A - Price Schedule. Not all locations will require the flying insect or pigeon control services.

The document does not specify response dates, due dates, site visit requirements, bidder's meetings, award dates, or contract term details. Pricing structure requires separate line items for base insect and rodent control services, optional flying insect control on a per-occurrence basis, and optional pigeon control services. The contract appears to be structured to accommodate multiple service locations with potentially varying service requirements across locations.
