1.1 Statement of Work
1.2 Requirement Information
Name of Requisitioning Office: Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU)
1.3 Requirements/Tasks/Outcomes
The requirements of the warehouse and distribution is to provide receiving services from Transportation Security Administration (TSA) vendors; storage services of TSA passenger and baggage consumables; storage services of TSA passenger and checkpoint equipment and parts; storage services of TSA owned miscellaneous assets; storage services of TSA disaster supplies for emergency operations; receiving/storage services of unexpected TSA equipment/parts for passenger and baggage checkpoints . Storage requirements will consist of pallet rack with minimum weight loads of 1000 pounds per pallet with the capability to operate a folk lift between aisles to remove stored loads and shall be: in secure location in TSA dedicated space; in climate controlled facility with temperatures not to register below 32 degrees and not to exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit; vendor facility will be locally operated at a distance not greater than than 10 miles from each of the Raleigh Durham International Airport locations below:

Delivery services from vendor warehouse to HUB*airport of consumable supplies and other miscellaneous equipment/parts to support passenger and baggage checkpoint operations may be required during the duration of this requirement.
* HUB airport refers to Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) SPOKE refers to airports under the direct control of RDU in Eastern North Carolina: Fayetteville Regional Airport (FAY); Albert J. Ellis Airport (OAJ); Kinston Regional Jetport (ISO); Wilmington International Airport (ILM); Pitt- Greenville Airport (PGV); Coastal Carolina Regional Airport (EWN); Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO)
The vendor shall provide secure TSA dedicated space, environmentally controlled temperatures between 32-100 degrees Fahrenheit and after- hours services of TSA disaster supplies for emergency operations to HUB and SPOKE airports (after hours is defined as 5:00 pm through 7:00 am). Delivery services from vendor warehouse to HUB airport of consumable supplies and other miscellaneous equipment/parts to support passenger and baggage checkpoint operations.
1.4 Technical Requirements

The vendor will supply 1400 Square Feet of space consisting of 56 contiguous Bin locations for supply picking and pulling, and storage space for equipment and miscellaneous items associated with checkpoint/airport operations and FSD needs.

Storage requirements will consist of pallet rack with capable weight loads of 1000 pounds per pallet with the capability to operate a folk lift between aisles to remove stored loads as follows: in secure location in TSA dedicated space; in climate controlled facility with temperatures not to register below 32 degrees and not to exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit; vendor facility will be locally operated at a distance not greater than than 10 miles from each of the Raleigh Durham International Airport locations below:within a five mile radius of Raleigh Durham International Airport.

Vendor will be required to make deliveries as requested to the Raleigh Durham International Airport for a total of 52 deliveries per annum. The location of the delivery will be specified at the time of request. At the direction of the requestor, the vendor will be required to provide one additional person for any inside delivery. Airport security requirements will not allow any vehicle be left unattended when parked on airport property per the airport authority.
Contractor will be responsible for all local business licensing or work permits that may be required for this service.

Note: Packing/receiving slips from TSA supply orders received at contracted warehouse will be documented with the receivers name clearly printed, dated, and note of correct amounts and any shipping damaged indicated. (Any items with shipping damage to the product inside of the container will be refused and Amy Overby will be notified as soon as possible. Damage packing slip will be marked as damaged with date, time, clearly printed signature, and forwarded via email to amy.overby@tsa.dhs.gov)
Special Delivery Instructions: Special delivery is outside the scope of this requirement. When special delivery is required, the contractor will provide a quote, and the Government will provide the contractor with written approval prior to commencement of the out of scope work. Out of scope work will be paid for via the Government Purchase Card. Vendor/COTR will communicate any concerns with storage or delivery issues as soon as possible to provide for a swift remedy of problem.
Place/ Location of Performance/ Delivery:
Transportation Security Administration, Raleigh Durham International Airport, Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 as determined by the assigned TSA representative.
Travel Requirements:
None
Special Requirements:
The contractor will not be allowed to store equipment and/or tools in any areas of the airport. The contractor is responsible for storage and safety of their equipment.
