Special Notice
Site Visit, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Application Support Center (ASC), HSSCCG-17-R-00005
1) USCIS will conduct ASC site visits on 3/6/17 and 3/7/17, located at 8850 Richmond Highway, Suite 100, Alexandria, VA 22309. Interested parties are invited to tour the facility. Tours will be scheduled in order of registrations received (see 7 below). Please provide your preferred day for the site visit and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. You will be notified, after registering, of the date and time of your site visit. Anticipate approximately one
(1) hour tour.
2) There will not be a separate question and answer session during the site visit. Questions may be submitted in writing not later than 3/15/17 and will be answered via posting on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps).
3) Attendance is limited to two (2) individuals per company, who must be registered in advance (see 7 below). Vendors must provide the following information by email prior to 5 PM EST on 2/28/17:
a. Individual’s name, email address, and telephone
b. Company name and address
c. Preferred day of site visit
4) Photo identification will be required for entry to the facility. USCIS does not anticipate any other site visits.
5) Reimbursement for travel will not be provided by the Government.
6) USCIS anticipates releasing a DRAFT solicitation before the site visits.
