1. How many total separate forms (include multi-language as a single form) will be required?
There are hundreds of letter templates that cover FEMA and State letter information. Some disasters have both English and Spanish letters combined w/in the same template. Therefore English text accompanies all Spanish text. In addition 90-69 form are printed for all applicants. This form displays the information the applicants provide at the time of registration.

FEMA’s proprietary system (NEMIS) was built and maintained by a separate contractor.
1. Are there any vendors currently involved in the process?
If so, who?
FEMA’s proprietary system (NEMIS) exports RTF data files to the mailing contractor to print and mail. The mailing contractor is currently Intellectus.

Yes
1. What would be your desired time frame for implementation?
Yesterday
