Questions and Concerns:

1. Under Part 3 Section 3.1 BOM Kit Components- what does the Kit 1,Kit 2 and Kit 3 designations refer to? The kit designations are for FEMA internal use – each location has between 2 to 3 kits and it is our way of tracking components and quantities.

2. Do all CONUS locations require the 20ft container? All CONUS locations require 20ft container – that is not part of the solicitation. This is more just information to show what the components will be stored in.

3. In section 3.3.1 it states that all CONUS shall be commercial casing. I see no line item for a 20ft container on any of the locations. The 20ft container is not part of this solicitation. Section 3.3.1 when mentioning commercial casing is in reference to that the items ordered are to come in their commercial packaging.

4. Do you have any additional information you can share on these items in the BOM (ITEM Numbers, MFG, and Vendor descriptions)?

This information was left for the vendors to complete. FEMA has provided the particular item that we are looking for.

5. Can the NAICS code be change from 423710 to 332722?

Yes, The NAICS code can be changed to 332722
