Responses to Questions submitted to Solicitation Number HSCG23-15-Q-MSR067

Q1: If no Past Performances are submitted, will this result in a negative or a neutral scoring?

Response: A contractor without a record of relevant past performance or for which relevant past performance is not available will be rated as neutral. Solicitation has been revised to include the basis for evaluation for the technical, past performance and price.

Q2: Has the Government conducted a cost estimation of the RFQ? If so, will the USCG be willing to share this estimation?

Response: The solicitation and Pricing Spreadsheet has been updated to include the Government’s estimated labor hours, however, the Government Cost Estimate is not being released.
