This solicitation does not have Std1449 or price schedule. Do you plan to publish or you want proposers to send in with own letter head?
Vendors are to submit bids on their own letterhead in accordance with the solicitation.

Is certified pay role required on this project?
No, certified payroll is not required.

Will a quote form be provided by your department or may we submit via our company proposal form?
See answer to Question 1.

Are the ponds lined, will there be any liner repairs?
The retention ponds are not lined.
5)
Are there any other documents, such as plans and schedule of values for this project?
All available information has been provided.

What are the bidding requirements? Are there any bid forms associated with this solicitation?

Where exactly is the retention pond that needs repair?
The retention pond is onsite at the Florence Detention Center at 3250 North Pinal Parkway Avenue, Florence, AZ, 85132.

Are we still allowed to access the site?
There are no other site visits scheduled at this time.

Will progress payments be available on this contract? If so at what stages of project?
This contract will not include progress payments.

Is there a possibility of another date to be able to do a site visit?
See answer to Question 8.

Are field, soil density tests required and if so, will they be furnished by the owner or contractor?
Tests are not required.
12)
Will water for construction/compaction be obtained and purchased from the Town of Florence utilizing the hydrant located at the entrance to the project off Pinal Parkway?
The contractor will have to meet with the City of Florence to get permission to use the hydrant. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to get the water needed.
13)
Embankment materials can be obtained from the bottom of the primary pond thereby requiring no offsite import?
If there is a need for more embankment materials, it must be provided by the contractor.
14)
All vegetation from clearing the pond to be disposed of off-site at the landfill?
All debris and trash will be required to be disposed of by the contractor away from the facility.
15)
Does the Attachment B-Wage Determination set the wages to be used for this solicitation?
The applicable wage determination sets the minimums wages to be paid to employees.
16)
Is survey and layout for the concrete barrier/drainage gutter furnished by the owner?
No.
17)
Section 3.0 Scope and sections 4 and 5 discuss the concrete barrier and drainage gutter. However, they do not reference dimensions. Can a detail of what the contractor is to construct be provided?
The drainage gutter will be the same width as the existing drainage gutter coming into the pond. The rest will depend on how big the berms are and that is to be determined by the contractor.
