No. RFQ Reference

(Sections B-M, Exhibit, & Attachment) Offeror Comment / Question Government Disposition

Do you need an "Already Developed" product or you are fine with a "TO BE DEVELOPED" solution?

The offer will be evaluated based on how it meets the requirements as listed in the RFQ. It is the decision of the offeror, how to best meet those.

Would you consider Contractors who do not have relevant experience on such projects?

Experience will be evaluated and can be an advantage but lack of relevant experience will be considered as neutral and not a disadvantage.

Many of our own employees individually have been involved in different projects which might on the whole constitute to past performance.

Even in the RFP form section 1.2.3 it has been mentioned that we need to be affirmative in saying we don’t have past performance. So do we presume that we can put up our proposal?

If your company has not performed as a prime or a subcontractor on a contract, that is of the same or similar scope and magnitude to that which is described in the solicitation, then your company has no relevant past performance.

Do you have the "price form" electronically in a non-pdf format? If so, do you mind sharing it? The price form will be posted in .xls to FBO.

OPTION TO EXTEND

THE TERM OF THE

CONTRACT (MAR 2000)

Can you explain how optional line items 1003, 1009, 2003, 2009, etc. work on the above referenced solicitation? Is it the government’s intention to exercise its option for the optional line items at the time of any possible award?

And, pay for that optional line item(s) with payment for all of the other line items on the contract?

The Option CLINs for Option Yr 1 (1003, 1009); Option

Yr 2 (2003, 2009); Option Yr 3 (3003, 3009); & Option Yr

4 ( 4003, 4009) are for the annual maintenance (license support renewal). They will not be exercised at the time of award. In accordance with clause 52.217-9, the government may extend the term of the contract but is not committed to do so. For example, if the government chooses to exercise Option Yr 1 (CLINs

1003, 1009), the Option Yr 1 Period of Performance

(PoP) would be for an additional 12 months, beginning the day after the Base Yr PoP ends. If the government chooses to exercise Option Yr 2, the Option Yr 2 Period of Performance (PoP) would be for an additional 12 months, beginning the day after the Option Yr 1 PoP ends. The Option Years would be exercised consequetively and each would begin the day after the previous Option Yr PoP ends. The funding for each option year would be made available with the exercise of that option period, if exercised.
