Questions and Answers to

Solicitation HDTRA2-10-T-0023, High Density Shelving System

1) What size folder are you storing? Legal or Letter? Is it an end tab type?

No files or file folders are being stored separately

2) Are you storing these in or out of archival boxes? If out, then we will supply slotted, divider type shelving for them.

A record box (10" x 12" x 15"= 1.04 cubic ft) Shelf is to hold a box, one deep

3) What depth ranges do you want? What length ranges are you expecting?

A record box (10" x 12" x 15"= 1.04 cubic ft) Shelf is to hold a box on either side, one deep

4) How high is the shelving supposed to be on the first floor? How high is the shelving supposed to be on the mezzanine?

First floor – Shelving need to be placed around the mezzanine supports, refer to architecture drawings for dimensions (reference architecture drawings for dimensions).

5) How many openings per shelving face?

Reference architecture drawings for dimensions, A record box (10" x 12" x 15"= 1.04 cubic ft)

Storage for a minimum of 11,000 cubic feet
