QuestionAnswer
Q1: Topic CBI-01 - With regards to the requirement " Software must be able to comply with DoD standards for authorization to operate" does this mean we need to obtain a full stand-alone ATO for the application? Or if our software is developed within an system like ATAK that has some existing infrastructure within the DoD would this fulfill the needs for compliance?A1. Software that is developed with an existing DoD infrastructure, such as TAK, is compliant with this requirement.
Q2: Specifically, our question pertains to References. Are Reference pages included in the 25 page limit of the Technical Proposal?A2. No.
Q3: Is each period of performance limited to one year or could one period be two years?A3. No such limitation exists. Offerors may propose periods of performance as they see fit, provided the total period of performance, inclusive of all Options, does not exceed 5-years (see FAR 17.204(e)).
Are go/no-go metrics required for each task and not just at the end of each period?A4. Go/no-go metrics are not a requirement for each task.
