Questions and Answers
16 March 2011 Reference Questions and Answers posted 15 March 2011. The answers to Question 2 and Question 3 are revised and restated below.
QUESTION 2 (15 March 2011 Posting): I am requesting further clarification regarding the one-page narrative for each of the seven factors listed in the above referenced solicitation. Is it correct to assume we are including these in the Section H?
ANSWER: YES, they are included in Section H. No more than one page narrative for each of the seven (7) factors.
QUESTION 3 (15 March 2011 Posting) If this is correct, does this mean that our Section H is limited to seven pages only, or are we able to list additional information as long as we stay within the confines of the 60 page maximum limit?
ANSWER: You are able to list additional information in Section H, as long as you stay within the confines of the 60 page maximum limit.
QUESTION: The submission requirements calls to “…submit two, book-bound copies…”, then states, “Proposals shall be in 3-ring binders...” Please clarify if the submissions are to be in a book-bound format (such as spiral or comb binding) or a three ring binder format for the submission.
ANSWER: A-E firms shall submit two copies of their proposals. Proposals shall be in 3-ring binders, appropriately tabbed and shall not exceed 60 pages.
