Amendment 1 Q: Confirm the actual fly days will be finalized at the 25 March planning and scripting meeting (para. 4.1.5.4 states “specific flight dates of 11-20 April 2019.

A: MUST FLY DAYS are from 14 April to 19 April. The days by location are as follows: 14 April- Camp Pendleton, 15 April- Camp Pendleton, 16 April-Camp Pendleton, 17 April-Camp Pendleton, 18 April-Yuma Proving Grounds, 19 April-Yuma Proving Grounds, 20 April will be end of mission with NO ISR Coverage Required.

Q: Confirm para. 5.1.2.8 that there will be 5 total flight days, 4 hours/day for a total of 20 hours.

A: There may be minor deviation depending on how the Company views the problem set, however the Training Cell will advise the Leadership to stay within the above flight profile which will most likely be 5 total flights, 4 hours/day not to exceed 20 hours.

Q: Per para. 5.3, place of performance is Camp Pendleton, CA and Yuma Proving Grounds (YPG), AZ; para. 4.1.5.3 says contractor will evaluate Oceanside Municipal Airport or MCAS Camp Pendleton for suitability; will the aircraft be needed overhead Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ during the flight window?

A: Yes. The aircraft will be required to fly over YPG from 18-19 April. This will be when the Company's Long Range HAF will occur and ISR will be required to support.

Q: What locations will the aircraft be required to fly over?

A: *Below are the training sites at YPG that ISR will be required to fly over from 18-19 April"

- JERC 2: 11S QS 454 981 (MOUT Town for DA Raid)

- K9 Village: 11S QS 424 451 (Alternate MOUT Town for DA Raid)

- Mojave DZ: 11S QS 437 939 (DZ Option 1)

- Corral DZ: 11S QS 435 909 (DZ Option 2)

- Sidewinder DZ: 11S QS 449 454 (DZ Option 3) Q: Where will the BN HQ/SI Riders be located?

A: They will be located at Camp Pendleton and will flex to whichever location determined by the Contractor to link up for flight.

Q: Para. 4.1.5.2 states “7 April – 20 April 2019: Contractor shall ensure that (1) exercise coordinator is present at the 1st Marine Raider BN Headquarters location…”; confirm it is the government’s intent to have a contracted personnel present for 14 days.

A: LNO must be present at 1st MRB HQ from 13 April - 19 April. (13 April is the day prior to the first projected flight on the 14th and be present until end of mission late evening of the 19th.
