Product Description Naval Special Warfare Center East Ranges

Mobile Sniper Robot Target

1. OBJECTIVE/SCOPE: NSW Ranges requires two (2) Patriot Targets SCRMMT (RMET-10) (Or Equal) Mobile Sniper Robot Targets in support of Naval Special Warfare Center East Range Operations.

2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide two (2) complete Patriot Targets SCRMMT (RMET-10) (Or Equal) Mobile Sniper Robot Targets in accordance with the following specifications as stated below along with additional items listed and their quantities.

2.1 SCRMMT (RMET-10) Mobile Sniper Robot Target (Or Equal) *

33”W x 36”L x 14”H (Robot) Weight: 300 – 400 lbs. each Quantity: – 2 each

* NOTE: The requirements in DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, are applicable for this item. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

Designed to run in all weather and multi-terrain utilizing dual-joystick control and 360-degree zero-turn ability allows you to navigate the most intricate of obstacles. The Auto- Resetting gives the shooter a visual of a full body fall to prone position with an adjustable delay to standing position within 5 – 8 seconds. This Sniper Model Robot is hardwired in the torso and head to allow the shooter to make the shot, the HUT detects it, and falls.

Additional Sniper Model Features for Robot to Include:

Sniper model – single shot actuation Operating frequency 915 MHz 1000 Meter line of sight operation 360 degree control zero-turn radius Three speed modes walk/jog/run Speed range 0-10 mph

Armored body Long-range hit detect Smart charging technology Up to 3-1/2 hours run time (mode dependent) w/lithium battery capabilities.

IP63 rated Run flat style wheels Batter life indicators

2.2 Auto-Resetting Mannequin

67” full mannequin with moveable arms/legs. When mannequin is hit, the sensors trigger a full prone position fall. Target pauses in prone position, then automatically resets to standing. Target pauses for 5 seconds and then mobility is reactivated for the next shot.

2.3 Torso Cable Assembly

48” hit detect cable assembly for Mobile Sniper Robot. Preassembled for quick change out in the event a cable is shot and damaged.

Quantity – 6 each

2.4 Head Cable Assembly

84” hit detect cable assembly for Mobile Sniper Robot. Preassembled for quick change out in the event a cable is shot and damaged.

Quantity – 6 each

2.5 Technician for set-up

Set-up, new equipment and maintenance training on site. Request up to 8 hours for on-site training. FFP to include travel, labor/training, lodging, etc.

Quantity – 1 each

3. DELIVERY

Requested delivery date is 60 days ARO
