Requirement: 420 Tons of dry Portland Cement, Type II/V, conforming to ASTM C-150, delivered as required.
Requirement is for 420 Tons of dry Portland Cement, Type II/V, conforming to ASTM C-150, packaged in 2000/3000LB supersacks in increments as determined by NSW Range Staff personnel, palletized, and delivered in incremented quantities, to various locations, as required on an on-call basis.
Delivery quantities and scheduling will be on-call, as required, to be co-ordinated in advance between the vendor and NSW Range Staff personnel. Anticipated individual delivery loads are expected to be 21 TN (14 palletized supersacks @ 3000LB each sack), but can vary if Range Staff personnel determine other quantities are required per individual delivery, not to exceed 420 Tons extended total for the duration of the purchase order.
Delivery locations will be in the San Diego county area, with a specific requirement for the vendor to be able to make early AM deliveries, of 21 Tons per load of palletized supersacks of dry cement, to NAVSTA 32nd Street, SCI barge loading area near pier 14, on scheduled barge loading days. Range Staff personnel will be required to arrange delivery scheduling a minimum of 2 working days prior to the required delivery date(s).
Period of performance: from purchase award date through 30 Jun 2011.
