Amendment No. 1 – Solicitation No. GS-07-P-17-HT-C-0010 for Chiller Removal & Installation at the Ed Edmondson Courthouse in Muskogee, OK

This amendment is issued to provide the Pre-Proposal Sign-in Sheet/Agenda, a revised SOW dated 07/13/2017 and to respond to questions.

1. Please clarify the meaning of the highlighted spec:

The contractor is to add a unitary controller to the BacNet unitary controls layer in order to support the new monitor.

2. Can the existing service wiring and conduit to the new chiller be reused if the size and amperage is adequate? As long as the conduit and conductors are the appropriate size and not damaged the contractor may reuse. Also, if the cable is too short to reach the connection point of the new chiller/pumps/equipment, new cable shall be installed since GSA will not allow splicing to extend cable length.

3. Will new LED lighting be required for both the mechanical & electrical rooms?

Mechanical and Electrical Room.
