Yes we have less than 10 GEN 2 elevators that are MLR units.
Is this contract only for witnessing tests, supervising and providing reports? Or performing the tests and providing reports?
Correct, witnessing tests, supervising and providing reports.
What is considered rush hour Between 7:00 – 9:00 am and 3:30 – 6:00 pm.
Inspections are performed during normal business hours but only one elevator at a time so there isn’t an impact to the tenants.
Will all information be provided on the inspection report such as run by, elevator number ,address,(all information that remains the same on each inspection)
Yes, all information is required on every report.
List and schedule of hydraulic elevators which have category 5 testing and inspections (over speed valve and roped hydro)
