SPECIFICATIONS
Grain Analyzer
Requirements:
A small footprint, benchtop grain analyzer for obtaining whole wheat kernel percent protein and moisture content.
· MUST come with protein and moisture calibrations for wheat kernels.
· MUST come with maintenance services and customer support services.
· MUST have a Machine footprint of 16.5 x 18.5 x 16.5 inches or less.
· Provide filter-free, monochromator-based optics.
· Wavelength range 400 - 1100 nm (optimal for protein and moisture) must have full range in one device.
· Optimal bandwidth of 7 nm or less.
· Minimum of 1400 data points per scan.
· Scan speed of 1 second or less per scan.
· Analysis time of 60 seconds or less.
· Easy data export/output for upload to local database (ethernet or USB ports preferred).
