Questions & Answers
Q 1. Our original submission met all of the new requirements issued. Please advise if we need to re-run the samples with the purchased standards called out in the new procedures.
A1. Per our instructions in Part 7. You are not required to conduct new test but can re-submit the previous test result along with your proposal. In accordance with Part 8 any testing performed that was not in compliance with Attachment 1 will be eliminated from competition.
Q 2. Between the previous submission and now when the revision come out, we have had a new product enter the market. Is the FDA willing to receive two proposal options, as a submission RFP FDA-1223268R? We should be able to run the required tests this week, for submission next week. If acceptable, would it be preferred to have everything under one proposal, or have a set of two?
A2 We prefer to have two (2) separate set of proposals.
