a. If there is a non standard size that is not listed but available the pricing matrix may be altered to add that size (i.e. 3XL & 4XL). If the contractor cannot provide a specified size or it is not available please submit that item or specific size of an item as $0.00. The base items that are listed on the left may not be substituted for any other item.

a. There is an annual budget per Officer and New Hires are allotted a specific set of items to complete an entire uniform.
9. How are orders placed per Officers? Generally once a year or several times throughout year?
a. Officers have a 2 to 3 week window to place their orders (i.e. June 1 – June 14). New Officers will place their initial uniform orders throughout the year after they meet with the tailor.
10. How will quote be tabulated? Will equal weight be given to each size or will normal stock range be weighted higher due to higher volume.
a. The quote will be tabulated by taking the average across all sizes and then using the sum of those average prices. If we find too large a disparity in the ability to average the quoted prices, then the most common sizes will be used. Those sizes will be as follows: for clothing items Large, size 32, and for shoe size 8.
