MODIFICATION TO FA9302-19-Q-5051
This is RFQ is being modified to provide the following questions and answers:
1) The unit listed is roughly a year old. Is this the unit slated for removal? Was it damaged in some way?
Answer: Yes this is the unit slated for removal, damaged due to fire.
2) The batteries that were originally sold with this system, in the cabinet details provided, were an Enersys HXS model, not the C&D model requested.
a. Will the C&D batteries be put into these existing cabinets?
Answer: Yes, it’s where the current batteries are housed.
b. Will a replacement with the Enersys batteries be acceptable?
Answer: Yes, if they’re an equivalent, please provide enough information (i.e. specification sheets) with quote to ensure we can adequately determine technical acceptability.
3) Does the current UPS have an internal MBP?
Answer: Yes the unit does have a Maintenance Bypass.
4) What is the battery disconnect, shunt trip or UVOV?
Answer: The system is UV with 24 VDC.
NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS SOLICITATION.
The Closing date of this RFQ will remain as Wednesday 25 September 2019 at 9:00am
(PST).
