Aircraft fuselage condition: General condition, fuselage skin, access doors/covers used to prevent damage and security.
Intake / prop / rotors free of damage (as applicable).
Exterior lights present and in working condition.
All flight control surfaces in good condition, properly secured, free and correct movement.
Wings, empennage, and load bearing structures in good condition. Free of any significant cracks or evidence of fatigue.
Evidence of prevention of foreign objects during storage or in flight.
No fluid leaks visible (oil / fuel / hydraulics).
The aircraft maintenance logs are up to date, inspections complied with.
Have an Air Force Test Center (AFTC) approved FAA Dedicated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) inspection that was completed within the last 24 months.

Instruments in good condition, proper documentation / labeling of non-functional instruments.
Egress system properly serviced and in good condition (to include lap belts, doors, handles, seat adjustments if required / helpful for egress).
All ejection life-limited components present and current. (as applicable)
No evidence of loose or missing hardware.
Fairing panel (if installed) in good condition and secure.
Canopy / windscreen in good condition. Free of discoloration, cracks or other defects that may affect safety.
Radio in good working condition, free of excessive static / noise.
Evidence of prevention of foreign objects during storage or in flight.

Electrical wires properly secured and free of chafing.
Hydraulic, cooling and fuel lines are properly secured and free of chafing.
Engine mounts in good condition, free of excessive wear or signs of fatigue.
Evidence of prevention of foreign objects during storage or in flight.
Engine run completed with no defects noted.
The aircraft has been inspected by an appropriately qualified maintenance inspector and found to be acceptable for use in the USAF TPS Qualitative Evaluation (QE) Program.
