Q1. Will a Site Survey be allowed for potential vendors?

A1. No site survey will be conducted.

Q2. Are pictures and/or drawings of the tower and radome baseplate mounting platform available from CE?

A2. No pictures/drawings of the tower/radome assembly exist.

Q3. What is the make and model of the existing telemetry antenna and radome?

A3. Existing system is a VIASAT pedestal, EMP dish and the manufacturer of the radome is unknown.

Q4. If the new system pedestal base mount to the radome baseplate mounting platform has a different hole alignment than that of the existing system:

Q4a. Will modifications be allowed to the radome baseplate mounting platform?

A4a. Yes.

4b. Or would a PE Certified pedestal base mount adapter plate be acceptable?

A4b. Yes.

Q5. What is maximum certified weight supported by the tower and radome baseplate?

A5. Unknown.

Q6. Is the Wind Load Study data available for the present system?

A6. No wind load study data is available.

Q7. SOW Paragraph 3.f. references proper disposal of the existing system.

Q7a. Are there special environmental concerns related to the disassembly and removal of the existing system?

A7a. No known special considerations.

Q7b. Will the vendor be responsible for disposal of the existing system materials off base?

A7b. Yes

Q8. Will the existing lightning protection system and grounding system be utilized for the new system?

A8. Yes

Q9. SOW Paragraph 3.a.ix. indicates the new system will need to operate on 110-230 Volts 50-60 hertz (Hz).

Q9a. Is this single of three phase power?

A9a. Single phase

Q9b. What is the current supply capacity of the power source?

A9b. 30Amps

Q10. Since the new Telemetry Antenna & Dome System is "receive only", will a DD 1494 be required for the new system.

A10. No.

Q11. DD Form 1423-1 Block A lists CLIN 001, 1001. Can you further define 1001? Is this a SubCLIN?

A11. The DD1423 is corrected and attached as CDRL_A001 Test Plan 20170223. No SubCLIN exists and quoters should disregard the reference to CLIN 1001.

Q12. DD Form 1423-1 Block 5 lists SOW Paragraph 5.b. Was 5.b omitted from the SOW?

A12. See the revised SOW paragraph 3g.
