Keesler AFB, MS Sol # FA8773-14-R-0030 Question from Vendor 03 November 2014

Q1. How many channels of the DS1 on Appendix 10, Section 10.5, is the base using for ring down service? A ring down circuit is an analog line, so is the base using a mux to break out the T1 channels?

A1. After researching Section 10.5 Transport Channels, circuit ID 70.PLPA.414.SC, the base found that the circuit is not a DS1 or T1 but an analog ring-down circuit. The Appendix 10, Section 10.5, has been revised, dated 03 November 2014, and posted with Amendment 02 to the subject RFP on FBO.gov.
