FA8751-19-Q-0352 – AFRL/RRS Aud VTC Upgrade Questions & Answers 24 July 2019

1. Question: Looking for clarification on the update to 2.7.2. It appears that you are looking for a 60” podium. At 60” wide those are very hard to come by and almost always custom. Is there particular model in mind as 60” is normally a desk width? The current podium is around 30” wide and a large width podium is usually in the high 40” or low 50” range.

Answer: Please see updated Statement of Requirements (SOR) dated 24 July 2019 as the following paragraphs were revised/added:

2.7.2 The top surface of the podium shall measure between 40 inches and 48 inches in width, and between 28 inches and 36 inches in depth.

2.7.4 The podium shall have a slide out shelf for keyboard and mouse, a slide out drawer for the document camera, a slide out drawer or internal shelf to store microphones, cabling and other small items, and an internal shelf to place a desktop computer.

2. Question: Can you please confirm the newest USAF approved Cisco Codec list? It was previously included last September in Attach_1 but does not exist in the latest document.

Answer: Please see updated Statement of Requirements (SOR) dated 24 July 2019 as the following paragraphs were revised/added:

2.4.1 The codec must be listed on the DISA Approved Products List. (See https://aplits.disa.mil/processAPList.action, Device Type: UC Conference System, Vendor: Cisco)
