1. Is there an incumbent? If so who are they and what was the winning bid, contract number and scope?

Government Answer: Each project is a separate project. Therefore, this solicitation is for an individual project, not a follow-on or continuation of previous work.

3. Is there a past performance requirement?

Government Answer: Please see the solicitation provisions on document pages 172 through 175.

4. I understand there’s a Proposal Checklist, but is there a corresponding section L/M?

Government Answer: There are solicitation provisions in the very back of the solicitation, document pages 164 through 181.
