MEMORADUM FOR RECORD
SUBJECT: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTES
REQUIREMENT: FA860124Q0031 NMUSAF IP Mobile Radios
Question: With regards to the 48 radios that include speaker microphones and earpieces – Do you want earpieces that connect directly to the speaker microphone (each unit sold separately), or a wired PTT microphone that includes and earpiece (sold together)?
Answer: A wired PTT microphone and attachable receive only earpiece is fine.
Question: With regards to the 2 dispatch stations – Does the quote need to include to cost of the monitors, desktops computers, keyboards, mice, speakers, and microphones?
Answer: Needs to include the cost of monitors, desktop computers, keyboards, mice, speakers, and microphones with all required dispatch station software installed.
