Text version

1. The amount of time is not a "set" amount, the 65 hours on the Independent Government Estimate is based on what we have seen that is needed over the course of the last two contracts. Emergency service calls are based on if the Crane/hoist impacts the mission or not. It is a rarity that we need emergency service. For both CLINS they only bill us for actual hours used. So if there happens to be a problem that cannot be remedied on a routine service call and more hours are needed then we can request additional funds based on an estimate from the company.

2. This is not a new requirement, the incumbent is Royal Arc.
