QUESTIONS/ANSWERS FROM SITE VIST, 7/24/12
Solicitation #: FA8571-12-T-0009
Q1. How will panel control doors, either seperately or simutaneaously?
A1. Button (control) will open both interior/exterior doors. (1.0 of revised SOW)
Q2. How many sets of control panels are required?
A2. One set for each door (2)
Q3. Should panel have capability to open/close doors from either side? Ex: If positioned on outside of hangar and exterior doors are closed, should have ability to close interior hangar doors also.
A3. YES…paragraph 3.2 & 3.3 of revised SOW
Q4. Do we have as-builts for building?
A4. Will determine and if possible release with ammended solicitation.
Q5. Is expectation for all doors/electrical controls to be explosion proof?
A5. Yes, clarified with 1.2 & 1.3 of revised SOW identifying UL rating and proper
Class I Div I groups.
