# Question Government Response
In regards to the Past performance volume, is it permissible to use the same past performance questionnaires as provided in the previous Past Performance Volume for solicitation FA8540‐11‐R‐30011?
Yes, if an offeror submitted a proposal in response to FA8540‐11‐R‐30011 it is permissible to submit the same past performance questionnaires previously provided.
CLINs 0009, 0010, 0011, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1005, 2005, 3005, 4005, 5005:
Required Delivery states IAW PWS. However the ARO calls out "Exercise IAW H003 Clause." The PWS has no delivery information. Please indicate which delivery requirement is correct.
These CLINs are correct as is. The Ship To is in accordance with the PWS as stated in the first column under the delivery schedule of each CLIN.
The third column in this section states the delivery rate is in accordance with H003.
CLIN 1003 is identified as Incentive Firm Target. Should CLIN 1003 be Firm Fixed Price?
CLIN 1003 should be Firm Fixed Price. This will be corrected in a solicitation amendment.
In Options I through V, the Government states that "Option may be exercised at any time from time to time, between contract award and X months". Then in the next sentence the Government states "This option is 12 months in length". Should the 12 month statement be removed since a time frame has already been established?
No, first sentence states when the option can be exercised but the second sentence states the length of the option. For instance, CLIN 5003 can be exercised any time between contract award and 87 months, but the period of performance for this CLIN is only 12 months.
As was done under Amendment 0002 of solicitation FA8540‐11‐R‐30011, Contract Performance Report (CPR) should be removed from 1004BM, 2004BM, 3004BM, 4004BM, and 5004BM. Please confirm.
CLINs 1004BM, 2004BM, 3004BM, 4004BM, and 5004BM will be marked RESERVED since EVMS does not apply to the Firm Fixed Price options.
CLINs 1003, 2003, 3003, 4003, and 5003 reference period of performance as IAW PWS and calls out 12 months ARO. PWS has no delivery information and the 12 months was removed from the prior solicitation. Please confirm that both are to be removed.
These CLINs were not adjusted under solicitation FA8540‐11‐R‐30011.
The place of performance for these CLINs is in accordance with the PWS.
The period of performance for these CLINs is 12 months. These CLINs will not be revised.
Clause 52.222‐46 is included in the RFP but according to the prescribing language (22.1103) it only applies to negotiated contracts. Should this clause be removed from the RFP?
According to FAR 22.1103, clause 52.222‐46 applies to negotiated services contracts. This acquisition is a competitive supply buy so clause 52.222‐ 46 will be removed in a solicitation amendment.
The Government has provided industry a scanned version of the technical specification (GRWA‐SPEC11‐001 Rev B). Will the Government consider releasing an original electronic version of the specification (MS Word) for use with automated tools for requirements development and tracking?
The Government does not plan on releasing a MS Word editable version of the classified specification.
