Mobile Restroom Questions and Answers Solicitation # FA8227-23-Q-REST

1. How often are the mobile units being serviced? Is this the standard of once per week?

Pump out service is not required. Needs to be ready to connect to sewer. Connection will be done by customer.

2. How would you like your proposal submitted and is the leasing is for Porta John's or restroom trailers.

Complete Proposals need to be emailed to the Contracting Officer at costadena.bournakis@us.af.mil. The proposal is due by March 23, 2023, by 3:00 PM MST.

The requirement is for mobile restrooms trailers. Please see the Product Description for more details.

3. Is this for a 12 Stall restroom trailer(s) plus one additional ADA trailer stall? Or is the request for 12 individual portable toilets plus 1 ADA toilet?

This is for one mobile restroom trailer 44'X12" to include one ADA stall for men and one for women. Male (min 4 to include ADA) and Female (min 2 to include the ADA)Separate exterior entrances for men and women.

4. How many total toilet stations are required or does it matter as long as there is a minimum of 1 ADA station?

Mobile Trailer one unit: male (min 4 to include ADA) and Female (min 2 to include the ADA)

5. Will you need it split into designated sides for men and women?

YES

6. On the spec's it says 44x12 unit. Would a unit around 8x24 on the smaller units be, ok?

This is too small. A 44X12 unit is required.

7. How many toilets is required ?

Mobile Trailer one unit: male (min 4 to include ADA) and Female (min 2 to include the

ADA)

8. Will the contractor be responsible for cleaning and restocking soap, paper towel and etc.?

The contractor will not be cleaning or restocking.

9. Is your department requesting a trailer with just 1 ADA Restroom only, or is it looking for 1 ADA Restroom and 1 Non-ADA Restroom included?

We are looking for 1 ADA Restroom and 1 Non-ADA Restroom.
