SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR QUOTATION – RFQ FA8201-17-Q-A001

Request for Quote (RFQ), for a Firm Fixed Priced Purchase Order. This effort is for the 1 year License of the Software to the JCAT 2020 Software program.

1. Please submit a quotation for the following requirements on or before: 27 March 2017.

2. Provide your best price, delivery, and discount terms. Request quote be valid for 90 days.

NOUN

CLIN 001 – JCAT 2020 License for 1 server for 1 Year CLIN 002 – JCAT 2020 Annual technical maintenance and support

3. If no proposal will be submitted, please furnish a "NO QUOTE" to the buyer so your name will remain on the bidder’s mailing list. Also, state the reason for NO QUOTE and provide the actual manufacturer, if possible.

4. UNIT PRICE _______________ 4a. TOTAL PRICE_________________

5. The following clauses will be applicable to the result contract: DFARS – 252.232-7006 Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions – AFFARS – 5352.201-9101 OMBUDSMAN.

a. The Government will process vendor payment requests and receiving reports through the WAWF system which is the electronic method, as authorized by Receiving Reports.

b. DFARS clause 252.227-7005 Alt II – The licenses hereby granted shall terminate at the end of the period of performance. Provided, however that said termination shall be without prejudice to the completion of any contract entered into by the Government prior to said date to termination or to the use or disposition thereafter of any articles or materials manufactured by or for the Government under this license.
