TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OKLAHOMA
Item Description - Rev. 2
1. Five (5) Hydraulic Fluid Test Stand, portable electric driven mules. To be considered for the purchase of the Hydraulic Test Stands (Mules). Each unit shall meet the following requirements:
a) Capable of supplying up to 50 gallons of Boeing Material Specification (BMS) 3-11 type IV and V Hydraulic Fluid.
One supply pump capable of 50gpm @3000psi and able to supply all outputs and returns at the minimum gpm and rated 3000psi at once.
Center output at 50gpm @ 3000psi up to one hour of continuous use Side outputs at 37gpm @ 3000psi up to one hour of continuous use
b) Have three systems capable of Supplying BMS 3-11, type IV and V, Hydraulic Fluid at Variable Pressures of 0-3100 PSI Filtered continuously to 15 Microns Absolute-Pressure and be maintained at 70-110 degrees F.
Three independent outputs and returns, when operated simultaneously, are each capable of a minimum of 5gpm at 3000psi.
o The three independent outputs and returns shall also be equipped with individual shutoff valves so they are capable of operating one or more at a time.
One reservoir for the unit
c) Have AE95074N Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Hose Connector for the pressure hose.
d) Have AE94186P GSE Hose Connector for the return hose.
e) Compatible with plug outlet: Crouse-Hinds #AR20422, Style 2 with spring door.
f) Compatible with Facility supplied power source: 200A, 480V, 3P, 4W
