Questions & Answers Form Industry Regarding Combined Synopsis/Solicitation FA7014-10-KH-001

Q: Will you be providing the course content to be implemented into a web-based training course or are you looking for a content specialist, as well?

A: The answer is no, we (SGE-C) will not be providing the course content to be implemented. The vendor shall provide all training modules, in an online, web-accessible format. The vendor shall also be the 'content-specialist' and provide all course content.

Q: Is there a Learning Management System (LMS) in place that could be used for delivering, tracking and creating reports? i.e. Platteau or SABA.

A: No, we have nothing in place. No SABA or Platteau.

Q: The proposal documents did not indicate what the timeframe is for the contract. Is it yearly, monthly, or some other timeframe? Does the Air Force want a specific time frame for the contract with an option to renew each time period? Specifying the timeframe would be very helpful.

A: This requirement is for a period of performance from 1 Mar 2010 - 28 Feb

2011 plus 4 One Year Options.

Q: Does the Air Force have any price ceiling or guidelines? Should the proposal contain a total cost (once the first question of the timeframe is clarified) or would the Air Force like to have a per person price, per institution price, or other price breakdown?

A: Firm Fixed Pricing in a bottom line format on an annual basis.
