About this file

This document contains a performance work statement and questions and answers related to a federal contract opportunity to provide Special Needs Coordinator services at Geilenkirchen Air Base in Germany. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the required services. The base year of performance is from May 8, 2020 to May 7, 2021, with four optional one-year extensions through May 7, 2025. The contractor must maintain certification and cover costs for all healthcare workers. Travel and transportation costs are the responsibility of the contractor, with reimbursement following the Joint Travel Regulation per diem rates. One question clarifies that the reference to "American Reel Cross" in the performance work statement should read "American Red Cross" due to a typographical error.
