STATEMENT OF WORK
MOBILE CAMERA SYSTEM
52 SECURITY FORCES SQAUDRON
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE
1. GENERAL
This is a non-personnel supplies/commodities contract to supply the 52d Security Forces
Squadron with three (3) mobile camera systems.
The Security Forces Squadron will not provide any supervision or control over the contractors when they are performing their services. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in tum is responsible to the Government.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The vendor will provide three (3) mobile camera tower systems that are mounted onto trailers for easy mobility. This will include system delivery, documentation, setup and training.
A 24 month maintenance will be part of the mobile camera tower system contract.
Hours of operation: The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 0730-1630, Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays.
The contractor will also provide training on all functions of the cameras to include leaving instruction manuals for the equipment.
The contractor will conduct a final system check of all three (3) camera tower systems to ensure
100% functionality before completion.
3. OBJECTIVES:
The objective of this project is to provide the 52d Security Forces Squadron with three (3) mobile cameras that are mounted on transportable trailers. This will give the unit the capability to multiple monitor areas and improve response times to active shooter, accidents, and terrorism incidents. The cameras will assist the unit in meeting DoDi O-2000.16
VI- AntiTerrorism Standard paragraph 3.22 covering the terrorism incident response measures and standards outlined within DoD 5200.08-R.
4. SCOPE: The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and any other items needed for the delivery and installation of three (3) mobile camera systems. The contractor will perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, provincial and German governmental regulations.
5. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS: Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must be able to obtain the required security documentation and must maintain the level of security required for the life of the contract.
6. PHYSICAL SECURITY:
The contractor shall not remove any government property from the premises, unless authorized by the security forces or contracting personnel.
