Question: Building Dimensions - overall width, height and length, along with any notes on the construction material and style of the building. See attachment for the general current dimensions.

Answer: Due to surrounding main building walls and staircase towards the front of the building we are restricted in the size of the new shoot house. We unfortunately can't move back further due to that area being used for a training area. So the new configuration would need to be close to the same size or smaller.

Question: Camera system: Does the end user have a complete specification that they would wish us to consider?

Answer: Entire camera recording system. The capability to record a minimum of 100 mins., Low light recording capability, 720P or higher resolution for cameras. The system would not be on the Air Force network. The system should record the training and be able to be replayed. The capability to save the recording to a DVD (would be preferred over USB saving) so we can take the recording to another location for review.

Question: Do they have a Minimum number of cameras? 4 camera minimum if we went with a specific location configuration.

Answer: Would be best if they had the capability to be moved and perhaps temporarily mounted on the catwalk railing (see picture in slides). This way the cameras can capture different rooms as they are configured differently for different scenarios. As I state below, we are open to an overview if the cameras can take a good recording.

Question: Do they want a general over-view or do they wish to view specific locations within the area too?

Answer: Specific locations I believe would be better. But if there is a capability to record a high quality picture from above that would not be obstructed, we would be open to this.

Question: Does the video feed need to integrate with any third party system?

Answer: No. Currently, this system would be a new system working with no other third party systems.

Removal and disposal of old shoot‐house walls.

Question: Can we have details of the current set up so that we can understand the magnitude of task to remove the old materials?

Answer: See attachment with current dimensions of shoot house.

Question: Would this be an essential clause of the solicitation or just preferred?

Answer: Essential. We found out that we can obtain one two large dumpsters the vendor can place the old shoot house walls into. The vendor would be responsible for taking down the walls and placing them in the dumpster. We (the Air Force) would have the dumpsters removed.
