MEMORANDUM FOR RFQ FA527023Q0064 INTERESTED PARTIES

SUBJECT: Receipt of Question(s) from Vendor Regarding RFQ FA527023Q0064, Van Rental
The following are questions submitted by a vendor on 10 Aug 23 for the subject requirement. The Government’s responses are recorded in blue:
1. Is the trip confirmed start on 5 Sep 23 to 16 Sep 23?
Performance start is requested on the 5th, 7th, and 8th of September, dates being respective to the schedule listed in Table 1 of the PWS.
2. Please advise if the vans are needed to enter Muara Navy Base.
No, vans will not need to enter Muara Navy Base. However, vans will need to be able to enter Rimba Air Base.
3. Is payment by cash, if yes, is it daily or weekly advance payment?
Payment is by cash only at the moment (Singapore dollars); discussions on payment schedule is allowable.
4. Can electronic bank to bank transfer payment through WAWF acceptable to you for this Solicitation?
