About this file
This statement of work outlines requirements for the installation of a camera security system for two munitions squadrons at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The contractor will install cameras and related equipment at nine buildings and the security forces building. Required equipment includes personal view stations, interior and exterior pan/tilt/zoom cameras with low light capability, network video recorders, and network switches. The government must provide network ports, power, rack space, and escorted access.
The statement of work also specifies security requirements for contractor personnel such as obtaining base passes, returning identification media for departed employees, complying with traffic laws, prohibiting weapons, and implementing procedures for controlled areas. Contractors must report any security threats and safeguard government property and information. No compensation will be claimed for delays due to military exercises. This supports the pre-solicitation notice for an MSA surveillance system at Andersen Air Force Base under the Department of the Air Force Pacific Air Forces.
