1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

General Requirements

Existing furniture will be removed and placed in storage area by vendor. Room will be prepped by vendor for furniture install. All new furniture will be assembled and placed by vendor. All

Workstations, desks, tables, and additional furniture pieces need to present a professional look with a matching/similar wood type finish.

The following apply to room 113 in Hangar 1.

6ea - Individual Workstation need to present a professional look with a wood type finish.

The work space needs to fit a footprint of approximately 10’ x 18’. Assembly will be required by vendor. One (1) each per desk cabinet, file storage, desk hutch and shelves need to match desks. Tackable panels will separate each work station and will be approx.

50” height.

16ea - chairs. The chair needs to offer ergonomic features including a tilt backrest, tilt tension control and adjustable seat and back height adjustment. The armrest's height and width are adjustable for increased flexibility. Seat height adjusts from approximately 14" to 17" high. Assembly will be required by vendor. HON HLWM Endorse Work Mid-back Mesh or equal is acceptable.

1ea - Conference Table. Table to accommodate ten (10) people, approximately 120in L x

48in W. Assembly will be required by vendor. HON HTLE48120 or equal is acceptable.

1ea – Credenza. Hospitality credenza minimum 60” L x 22” W. Assembly will be required by vendor. HON HTLCREDA or equal is acceptable.

2ea - General Storage cabinets approximately 60”L x 22”W x 18”H. Assembly will be required by vendor.

1ea - Custom built steel storage racks to hold 1,000 lbs. per shelf measuring approx. 26’L x 3’D with three (3) shelves on South wall. Assembly will be required by vendor.

The following apply to room 212 in Hangar 1.

4ea – Individual computer workstations with L shaped desks measuring approx. 4’6”x

5’6”. All four (4) must fit along a 22’ wall. All desks require cabinets, file storage, desk hutch and shelf which need to match desks. Assembly will be required by vendor.

4ea - Desk Chairs need to offer ergonomic features including a tilt backrest, tilt tension control and adjustable seat and back height adjustment. The armrest's height and width are adjustable for increased flexibility. Seat height adjusts from approximately 14" to 17" high. Assembly will be required by vendor. 1ea - Paper management supporting bar to hang paper shelf, sorter tray, pencil box, and folder bin on the wall underneath the overhead cabinets. Assembly will be required by vendor.

The following apply to room 214 in Hangar 1.

9ea – computer workstations measuring approx. 3’6”L x 2’W along a 31’6” wall with approx. 50” tall dividers and shelf system. Assembly will be required by vendor.

5ea – computer workstations measuring approx. 3’6”L x 2’W along a 17’6” wall with approx. 50” tall dividers and shelf system. Assembly will be required by vendor.

2ea – computer workstations measuring approx. 3’6”L x 2’W along a 7’ wall with approx. 50” tall dividers and shelf system. Assembly will be required by vendor.

16ea - Desk Chairs need to offer ergonomic features including a tilt backrest, tilt tension control and adjustable seat and back height adjustment. The armrest's height and width are adjustable for increased flexibility. Seat height adjusts from approximately 14" to 17" high. Assembly will be required by vendor. HON HLWM

1ea – storage cabinet measuring approx. 6’L x 2’W x 3’H with doors and able to hold

2 printers on top. Assembly will be required by vendor.

3ea – basic tables measuring approx. 5’L x 2’6”W with room for office chairs to comfortably clear under table top. Must match computer workstations. Assembly will be required by vendor.

The following apply to room 221 in Hangar 1.

8ea – computer workstations measuring approx. 3’6”L x 2’6”W with drawer, shelving system, and workstation dividers with tackable panels. Assembly will be required by vendor.

1ea – printer table with storage cabinet below measuring approx. 3’6”L x 2’6”W.

Assembly will be required by vendor.

8ea - Desk Chairs need to offer ergonomic features including a tilt backrest, tilt tension control and adjustable seat and back height adjustment. The armrest's height and width are adjustable for increased flexibility. Seat height adjusts from approximately 14" to 17" high. Assembly will be required by vendor. HON HLWM Endorse Work Mid-back Mesh or equal is acceptable.

1ea – 5-drawer lateral file cabinet measuring approx. 19"D x 42.0"W x 67.0"H. HON

Brigade model H895 or equal. Assembly will be required by vendor.

The following apply to portable shelter offices.

24ea - Desk Chairs need to offer ergonomic features including a tilt backrest, tilt tension control and adjustable seat and back height adjustment. The armrest's height and width are adjustable for increased flexibility. Seat height adjusts from approximately 14" to 17" high. Assembly will be required by vendor. 4ea – L shape computer workstations, left angle measuring approx. 24”W x 48L and

36”W x 72”L.

2ea – peninsula desk measuring approx. 30”W x 60”L

2ea – TV stands with shelving and doors measuring approx. 22” x 48”

Delivery Information:

Delivery to include installation: 69 RG, Det 1 – Hangar 1 and Portable Shelters, Andersen AFB, Guam.

1.1 LIABILITY: The contractor shall be liable for any damages resulting from any carelessness or failure to follow proper safety, installation, engineering, or maintenance procedures and standards.

1.2 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED SERVICES: The government will provide emergency medical transportation and treatment if required. The contractor shall reimburse the Government for the cost of these medical services at current rates.

2. GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1 HOURS OF OPERATION: The normal hours of operation for the project are from

0730 to 1630, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and PACAF Family days.

2.2 CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL: The contractor shall provide point of contact

(POC) for all contractual matters during all hours of operation. The POC shall respond on-site within 1 hour during normal duty hours of operation and within 2 hours during non-duty hours to discuss concerns with government personnel designated by the CO to discuss problem areas.

3 SECURITY

3.1 PASS AND IDENTIFICATION ITEMS: The contractor shall ensure the pass and identification items required for contract performance are obtained for employees.

3.2 RETRIEVING IDENTIFICATION MEDIA: The contractor shall return all identification media and/or visitor passes from employees who depart for any reason before the contract expires; i.e. terminated for cause, reassignment, retirement, etc.

3.3 TRAFFIC LAWS: The contractor and its employees shall comply with base traffic regulations. Traffic regulations include, but are not limited to:

Employees shall wear seatbelts when operating or riding in any vehicle

(military, company or private owned) while on installation.

Speed limits on Andersen AFB are 25 MPH unless otherwise posted. Be aware of reduced speed limits and exercise caution when driving in base housing and school zones.

All vehicle operators on the installation shall not use cell phones unless the vehicle is safely parked or they are using a 100% hands free device.

The wearing of any other portable headphones, earphones or other listening devices while operating a motor vehicle is prohibited.

3.4 WEAPONS, FIREARMS, AND AMMUNITION: Employees are prohibited from possessing weapons, firearms, or ammunition on themselves or within vehicles (military, contractor-owned, or privately owned) while on Andersen AFB.

3.5 FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (FOUO): The contractor shall comply with DOD

5400.7-R, Chapter 4, DoD Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program, requirements.

This regulation sets policy and procedures for the disclosure of records to the public and for marking, handling, transmitting, and safeguarding FOUO material.

3.6 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS: Contractor personnel shall report to an appropriate authority any information or circumstances of which they are aware may pose a threat to the security of DOD personnel, contractor personnel, resources, and classified/unclassified defense information. Employees shall be briefed by their immediate supervisor upon initial on-base assignment.

3.7 PHYSICAL SECURITY: The contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all

Government property and controlled forms provided for contractor use. At the end of each work period, all Government facilities, equipment and materials shall be secured.

3.8 CONTROLLED/RESTRICTED AREAS: The contractor shall implement local base procedures for entry to AF Controlled/Restricted areas where contractor personnel will work. An AF Form 2586, Unescorted Entry Authorization Certificate, must be completed and signed by 36 XXX security manager before restricted area badges (RAB) will be issued. Employees must have a completed and favorable NACI investigation before receiving a RAB. Interim access can be granted in accordance with AFI 31-501, Personnel Security Program Management.

3.9 MILITARY EXERCISES: No compensation will be claimed for any delays resulting from re-entry procedures due to exercises.
