FA5240-15-Q-M042 - K9 Obstacle Course: RFI #1
1) If the vendor source all of their materials in Guam and would they be able to build the course on site instead of having the structures shipped there.
They can build them on site or transport to the site. Either way works, we are trying to facilitate the easiest for the companies to get the work done quicker.
2) Are there any concrete pads already in place for the structures to sit on or will they need to be built?
We do not have cement pads for the structures. We would rather not have these for safety issues. If these structures, especially the hurdles, are on cement pads, the dogs will be susceptible to pad and foot injuries when they jump over the obstacles. The A frame, stairs and catwalks could be on cement pads.
