The Contractor shall provide sequences of lower level technical aviation courses leading to certificates and Associate in Science degrees in Aviation
Maintenance/Airframe and Powerplant and Aviation Management at overseas military installations within the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) region in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Instruction shall be by Traditional/Mixed/Alternative Delivery IAW Appendix D.
Traditional includes hands-on instruction.
