Questions & Answers Solicitation No. FA520920R0002
IT Project Management & IT Systems Analysis Support for 374 CS/SCX As of 4 Dec 19
Question 1: Specifically on the qualifications and certifications, is it required for the System Analyst to have PMP certification? And is it required for the Project Manager to have Security +?
Both would be unusual, as it seems those certifications are crossed.
Answer: Yes, both positions will fulfill project manager roles as that is the primary function of our office. Within that capacity, they will need to work with different IT systems requiring administrative/elevated rights and CompTia Security+ is a DoD 8140/8570 mandate for this.
