QUESTION ANSWER

1 Please advise of shipping address and method.

Please refer to the amendment 0001.As stated in solicitation, Contractor does not need to deliver goods to Japan. Contractor will access IBS online, input data, then the Government will come to pick up Goods. Or if the shipment originates outside Conus, including Mexico and South Korea, Direct ship to Yokota AB, Japan Required. In that case, please include shipping into your quotation.

Also Pls let us know if you need us to fill out the paperwork to be responsive and have our quote considered!!!

YES

It was unclear what the ship to address is on this. Are we shipping CONUS to a freight forwarded? The expense for us to ship direct would cause us not bid.
