QUESTION GOVERNMENT RESPONSE
Will the existing wiring and conduits of smoke detectors to be removed will remain and reuse?
Reuse existing wiring and conduits, replace existing wiring and conduits if they are needed.
If in case the existing conduit cannot be reuse, will the new conduit be exposed along the interior/exterior walls?
Do not install conduits exposed.
Could the government please confirm whether or not existing conduit and wiring can be re-used. Additionally, if not all runs of wire are required may they be abandoned in place?
This project is Design-built, the contractor survey for design. Remove unnecessary equipment.
Asbestos contained materials (ACM) are not metioned/indicated for this project. Can we consider that ceiling gypsum boards are non-ACM?
