Question #1- Is there an incumbent? If so, who is the incumbent?

Yes. ENTOURAGE CONSULTING, LLC is the incumbent.
Question #2- Is the position filled and how long has the current candidate worked on the assignment?

This question will not be answered. As this is information pertaining to the incumbent contractor and is not something the Government will disclose.
Question #3- What was the award value, total hours, the start and end for the performance on the exiting contract?
i.e. Award value $300K, total hours 1920 hours per year, contract started on 1 Oct. 2014 and ends on 30 Sept. 2019.

Award value $139K, contract started on 1 Apr. 2017 and ends on 30 Sep. 2019.
The hours of the current contract is not information that is released under the regulations, if your company would like that information, you will have to request it the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) process.
