Questions & Answers for Statement of Work BASH Cannons – FA520518QB020
1. (Q.) 1.4 MOVING/STORAGE: Will the Government offer assistance in the form of a vehicle for transporting the equipment from the airfield to the storage area and man-power for moving the equipment?
(A.) Yes the Safety Office and Airfield Management will continue to help the technician move and store the equipment.
2. (Q.) 2. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES: Will there be an area to store the equipment until our installation crew arrives at Misawa?
(A.) Yes there will be an area to store the pallets.
3. (Q.) Will there be an area for the installation crew to assemble the equipment before it is moved to the airfield?
(A.) Yes there will be a place to there be an area for the installation crew to assemble the equipment before it is moved to the airfield.
4. (Q.) During system installation, will an escort be provided when the crew is placing the equipment on the airfield?
(A.) If setup is over the weekend it will make it easier to procure an escort.
5. (Q.) During maintenance inspections, will a government vehicle continue to be provided for maintenance inspections?
(A.) Yes a government vehicle will be provide for the technician to perform the inspection.
