Statement of Work for F35 Simulator Building Furniture at Eielson AFB, Alaska

Revised on 16 March 2018

1. Scope of Work. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision and tools necessary for the purchase and installation of furniture in the newly constructed F-35 Simulator building on Eielson AFB, Alaska. The contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and procedures to include OSHA Guidance CFR part 1910 General Industry and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

2. Place of Performance. Performance shall take place at Eielson AFB, Alaska, Building 4115, and F-35 Simulator Building. Due to facility construction timelines, the contractor shall maintain close coordination with the Point of Contacts (POC) for scheduling FF&E delivery and installation.

3. Points of Contact. The Contractor will identify personnel by name and their telephone number who can be contacted regarding contract activities. The Contractor will provide this information within seven (7) calendar days after Contract Award and anytime there is a change to this information. The Government will provide contact information after contract award.

4. Government-Furnished Property. NONE.

5. Hours of Operation. The contractor shall coordinate with the POC to determine a schedule that allows the contractor to complete their work yet creates minimal disturbance for the facility. Typically, the contractor shall perform work during normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM.

6. Security Considerations. The contractor shall be responsible for and shall pay for obtaining all necessary clearances, cards, passes, decals, or other items required for access of contractor personnel and vehicles to the base or other areas where work will be performed. The contractor shall be required to apply for vehicle and personnel identification media at the Base Pass and Registration Section. Upon completion or termination of the contract, the contractor shall ensure all vehicle and personnel identification media are surrendered to the Base Pass and Registration Section. The contractor shall obtain Eielson Vehicle Passes for each vehicle that will be required to enter the base.

7. Travel & Lodging. Neither meals nor lodging will be provided by the government.

8. Special Material Requirements. Contractor shall provide any materials, equipment, and tools as necessary to perform delivery and installation. Space is located on first floor no more than 500 feet from entry for staging materials.

9. Period of Performance. Product ordering/manufacturing shall begin upon receipt of contract award. Delivery and installation shall begin upon notice from the Contracting Officer and the project shall be completed by 20 September 2017.

10. Concept Layout for Building 4115 Furniture. See attached F-35 Simulator 100% Design documents and itemized spreadsheet for furniture quantity, type, size, layout, color, quality and function.

11. General Requirements.

a. Purchase required furniture, fixtures, and equipment according to Attachment 2.

b. Deliver FF&E to Eielson AFB

c. Install FF&E according to Attachment 1.

d. Clean worksite.

e. Coordinate final inspection with POC.
