1. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

Mountain Home AFB, Idaho

1. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Refer to standard contract clause.

1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

3.1 This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the efforts required for the brand name purchase and installation of Thirty-Two (32) new digital cameras, (1) Hikvision Pro Series 64 channel Network Video Recorder (NVR) with 10TB of storage supporting IP cameras up to 8MP of resolution and giving 14 days of storage based on 6 hours of recording per day per camera. Also required (1) ADTRAN Net Vanta 48-port layer PoE switch and enclosure, all work performed in building 2422.

0. Install (1) Hikvision Pro Series 64 channel Network Video Recorder (NVR), installed in location determined upon site visit.

0. Provide and install (1) system work station in the main office first floor on the first floor. System will be a minimum of Intel i7, 4 GB Ram, DVD burner running with an operating system that will support the NVR and IP cameras. All performed in building 2422.

0. Thirty-two (32) Hikvision 3 MP 1080p 2.8-12mm fixed lens Dome cameras installed as indicated:

1st Floor: 6 in the hallways, 1in dayroom, 1 in laundry room, 1 in each stairwell;

2nd Floor: 6 in the hallways, 1 in dayroom, 1 in each stairwell;

3rd Floor: 5 in the hallways, 1 in dayroom, 1 in each stairwell;

Exterior: (8) installed in locations in which the most exterior coverage can be maintained.

*Camera totals by location: (17) hallways, (3) in dayrooms, (1) in laundry room, (3) in stairwells and (8) on exterior of the building giving a total of (32), all shall need to be programmed in Building 2422 to the (NVR).

1. INSTALLATION

4.1 Installation must follow standard industry practices. Upon completion, training will be included on all newly installed equipment.

4.2 Vendor to provide all tools and equipment to perform installation.

1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

4. Install Thirty-Two (32) Hikvision 3 MP 1080p 2.812mm fixed lens Dome cameras and eight (8) Hikvision 3 MP 1080p 2.812mm varifocal outdoor dome cameras.

4. All work shall be done in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. All work shall conform to the latest issue of the National Electric Code.

4. Contractor shall notify the contracting officer of any delays or problems impacting task completion including nature of the delay and expected completion date.

4. Contractor shall provide employees possessing pertinent certifications and qualified to perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, repair, testing, diagnostics and proprietary programming.

4. Contractor shall provide technical support for their on-site personnel when necessary to assist in the resolution of maintenance issues.

4. Contractor to provide all tools and diagnostic equipment required for the performance of work. Lifts and or bucket truck for exterior camera installation, if necessary, will be provided by the contractor.

4. Contractor shall be responsible and accountable for the safety and actions of their employees while working within the properties of the site.

4. The government requests all documentation and manuals describing all IDS, ACS and security CCTV equipment, components.
