1. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
Mountain Home AFB, Idaho
1. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
Refer to standard contract clause.
1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
3.1 This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the efforts required for the brand name purchase and installation of forty-seven (47) new digital cameras, one (1) Hikvision 64 channel network video recorder (NVR) with 10 TB supporting IP cameras up to 8 MP resolution and giving a minimum 14 days of storage based on 6 hours of recording per day per camera in building 2416. Also required, Also required (1) ADTRAN Net Vanta 1238P 48-port layer PoE switch and, (1) ADTRAN Net Venta 10-port layer 3 PoE switch with enclosure to complete installation, all work performed in building 2416. The contractor is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials to complete all associated work requirements.
0. Provide and install (1) Network video recorder (NVR), location to be determined on site visit), this being a Hikvision 64 Channel (NVR) with 10 TB of storage also provide UPS (Uninterrupted power supply) with each switch and work station as necessary.
0. Provide and install (1) System work station in main office on the first floor. System will be a minimum Intel i7, 4GB Ram, DVD Burner running with compatible operating system to use with installed cameras, also provide (1) 21 inch flat screen monitor.
0. Provide and install nine (9) Hikvision 3 MP 1080p 2.812mm varifocal outdoor dome cameras with one at each entrance door and the other four at locations on the exterior of the building in such a manner to capture as much of the exterior as possible, (locations to be determined upon site visit).
0. Forty-seven (47) Hikvision 3 MP 1080p 2.812mm fixed lens Dome cameras installed as indicated:
1st Floor: 10 in the hallways, 1in dayroom, 1 in laundry room, 2 in each stairwell;
2nd Floor: 8 in the hallways, 1 in dayroom, 1 in laundry room, 2 in each stairwell;
3rd Floor: 8 in the hallways, 1 in dayroom, 1 in laundry room, 2 in each stairwell;
*Camera locations and total: (26) hallways, (3) dayroom, (3) laundry room, (6) stairwell (9) exterior of building, all to be programmed to the NVR in building 2416.
1. INSTALLATION
4.1 Installation must follow standard industry practices. Upon completion, training will be included on all newly installed equipment.
4.2 Vendor to provide all tools and equipment to perform installation.

4. Install nine (9) Hikvision 3 MP 1080p 2.812mm varifocal outdoor dome cameras.
4. All work shall be done in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. All work shall conform to the latest issue of the National Electric Code.
4. Contractor shall notify the contracting officer of any delays or problems impacting task completion including nature of the delay and expected completion date.
4. Contractor shall provide employees possessing pertinent certifications and qualified to perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, repair, testing, diagnostics and proprietary programming.
4. Contractor shall provide technical support for their on-site personnel when necessary to assist in the resolution of maintenance issues.
4. Contractor to provide all tools and diagnostic equipment required for the performance of work. Lifts and or bucket truck for exterior camera installation, if necessary, will be provided by the contractor.
4. Contractor shall be responsible and accountable for the safety and actions of their employees while working within the properties of the site.
4. The government requests all documentation and manuals describing all IDS, ACS and security CCTV equipment, components.
